Lockers

All students are expected to use their locker every day to store their coat, bag and mobile phone.
    • The cost of rental for each locker is £3 per year
    • There is a £5 returnable deposit for the locker key
    • Please complete a locker application form
    • All revenue generated through locker rentals pays for their maintenance, repair and replacement

Arbor

Arbor allows parents or carers to make payments by debit or credit card for all school purchases, including school meals and school trips.

Cashless Catering

Meals can only be paid for using biometric fingerprint identification or through the use of a pin code
  • All finance is run through Arbor - this is a system where as a parent, you pre-load money for lunches onto your child's account
  • There is no facility for taking cash payment for any meal or break time snack
  • Please complete the biometric consent form, or contact us if you wish your child to have a pin code instead pcs-enquiries@olympustrust.co.uk

Free School Meals

Your child may be able to get free school meals if you receive any of the following: 

  • Universal Credit (provided you have an annual net earned income of no more than £7,400, as assessed by earnings from up to three of your most recent assessment periods, and your monthly average income over three assessment periods should be no more than £616.67) 
  • Income Support 
  • Income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance 
  • Income-related Employment and Support Allowance 
  • Support under Part VI of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 
  • The guaranteed element of Pension Credit 
  • Child Tax Credit (provided you are not also entitled to Working Tax Credit and have an annual gross income of no more than £16,190) 
  • Working Tax Credit run-on – paid for four weeks after you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit.

Financial Assistance

We offer financial assistance towards the cost of uniform, trips and music lessons for families who qualify for free school meals, or who have a low family income
