GCSE Results 2018

Patchway Community School students are celebrating a strong set of GCSE results which reflect the significant improvements taking place in the academy over the last two years. Outcomes show an improved trend on 2017, with more than 53% of students achieving grades 4-9 in both English and maths. 67% of students achieved grades 4-9 in English and 60% achieved grades 4-9 in Maths. More than a third of students also achieved the more challenging ‘strong pass’ (grades 5-9) in both English and Maths.

This year sees a continued upward trend in GCSE outcomes at Patchway, reflecting the effort and ambition of our students and staff. We are confident that we can sustain and accelerate this progress in the years to come and would like to congratulate all students on their achievements and thank staff for their continued hard work and commitment.
